Patient Supervisor

Aramark is seeking a diligent and compassionate Patient Supervisor to join our dedicated Food & Beverage team in a hospital setting. In this role, you will be pivotal in overseeing the dietary care and food service operations for patients, ensuring meals are nutritious, safe, and aligned with individual dietary needs. The Patient Supervisor will work closely with healthcare professionals to tailor dietary programs that enhance patient recovery and overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the preparation and delivery of meals to patients, ensuring adherence to dietary restrictions and nutritional standards.
• Collaborate with dietitians and healthcare providers to plan and implement patient-specific dietary plans.
• Train and manage food service staff to comply with sanitation, safety, and healthcare regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of food service areas to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Address and resolve any patient concerns or complaints regarding food service.
• Maintain accurate records of food supplies, dietary needs, and patient feedback for continuous improvement.
