Marvin is hiring a Local CDL-A Driver/Loader to support our manufacturing operations by safely transporting and handling premium windows, doors, and building products. In this field-based role, you'll run local routes, load and unload materials, and ensure all loads are properly secured and delivered on time. You'll perform pre- and post-trip inspections, follow DOT and company safety standards, and assist warehouse teams with material handling when needed. Responsibilities

  • Safely operate local CDL-A truck to transport materials and finished products between Marvin facilities and customer sites
  • Load and unload windows, doors, and related materials using appropriate equipment and securement methods
  • Inspect vehicle and equipment before and after trips, documenting and reporting any maintenance or safety concerns
  • Follow all DOT, company, and site-specific safety regulations and procedures
  • Complete required delivery, manifest, and log documentation accurately and on time
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse, and production teams to coordinate schedules
  • Assist warehouse or yard teams with material handling and staging when not driving
  • Maintain a clean, organized truck and loading area to support safety and efficiency
  • Provide professional, customer-focused service at delivery locations
