DC Loader & Yard Jockey Support

Marvin is seeking a DC Loader & Yard Jockey Support associate to safely load/unload trucks, move trailers in the yard, and support efficient distribution of premium windows, doors, and skylights. You'll operate forklifts and yard trucks, verify orders, secure loads, and maintain clean, organized dock and yard areas. In this hands-on manufacturing and distribution role, you'll follow strict safety and quality standards, coordinate with shipping and production teams, and help keep materials flowing in a people-first, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks with finished windows, doors, and materials using forklifts and related equipment
• Move and spot trailers safely in the yard to support shipping and receiving schedules
• Verify orders, counts, and documentation to ensure accurate shipments
• Secure and stage loads according to safety, quality, and damage-prevention standards
• Communicate with shipping, receiving, and production teams to coordinate material flow
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance or safety issues promptly
• Maintain clean, orderly dock and yard areas to support safe operations
• Follow all Marvin safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and standard operating procedures
