Acute Care APRN / Physician Assistant Nocturnist Hospitalist
Location: Midwest City, Oklahoma
Position: Full-Time Nocturnist Hospitalist
Schedule: 7 Days On / 7 Days Off
Hours: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
Compensation: $140,000 $170,000 annually
We are seeking an experienced Acute Care APRN or Physician Assistant to join our hospitalist team as a full-time nocturnist in Midwest City, Oklahoma. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys the fast-paced hospital environment and is looking for a predictable 7-on/7-off schedule with a strong focus on inpatient care.
The ideal candidate will have prior acute care or hospitalist experience and be comfortable evaluating and managing hospitalized patients during overnight hours. While acute care or hospitalist experience is strongly preferred, it is not a deal breaker for the right candidate. We are willing to consider qualified APRNs and PAs with other relevant clinical backgrounds.

Current, unrestricted Oklahoma APRN or PA license required
Current unrestricted Oklahoma APRN or Physician Assistant license

Current national certification appropriate to the provider's specialty
Acute care, inpatient, or hospitalist experience strongly preferred
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with physicians and the healthcare team
Excellent communication, documentation, and patient-care skills
