General Production Workers

HNI Corporation is hiring General Production Workers to support our Manufacturing & Production team in creating high-quality office furniture. In this hands-on role, you'll operate equipment, assemble components, and inspect products to ensure they meet our quality and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and tools to build office furniture components safely and efficiently
• Follow standardized work instructions, blueprints, and quality specifications for all products
• Inspect parts and finished goods for defects, making basic adjustments as needed
• Handle, move, and stage materials and components throughout the production area
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow 5
• S and safety guidelines
• Communicate with team members and leads to meet daily production and quality targets
• Report equipment issues and participate in continuous improvement activities
