The successful candidate will oversee daily retail operations, manage staff performance during shifts, and ensure superior customer service aligning with ClubDemo's commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff during shifts.
• Ensure all staff members are achieving desired service levels and taking corrective action as needed.
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards and inventory rotation.
• Assist in training and development of new employees, ensuring adherence to Club
• Demo's standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with exceptional care and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
