Onsite Coordinator

Join AmazingRetail as a Part Time Shift Coordinator for CDS (Club Demonstration Services) in our Retail Operations department. In this on-site role, you'll lead daily floor activities, support product demonstrations, and guide team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You'll handle scheduling, coach staff, maintain visual and operational standards, and ensure efficient, accurate POS transactions. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail floor operations during assigned shifts
• Coordinate staff scheduling, task assignments, and break times
• Ensure high standards of customer service and prompt issue resolution
• Monitor merchandise presentation, stock levels, and cleanliness
• Support new hire training and ongoing coaching for team members
• Execute promotional setups and in store marketing directives
• Maintain accurate shift reports, cash handling checks, and logs
• Enforce company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention procedures
