Responsibilities

• Operate Class A tractor-trailer safely as part of a driving team on over-the-road routes
• Transport time-sensitive freight for major shippers across the United States
• Comply with all FMCSA regulations, hours-of-service rules, and company safety policies
• Perform thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and required DOT documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team driver regarding routes and schedules
• Secure, verify, and protect freight to prevent damage or loss
• Follow route plans while adapting to traffic, weather, and road conditions
• Represent Transco Lines professionally with a focus on safety, reliability, and customer service
• Collaborate with support staff to resolve issues and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
