CDL A Team Driver

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL A tractor-trailers safely as part of a driving team on OTR routes
• Adhere to DOT regulations, HOS rules, and company safety policies
• Conduct thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections
• Use ELD systems to maintain accurate, compliant logs
• Coordinate with co-driver for efficient scheduling, rest, and on-time deliveries
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and support staff
• Handle freight pickups and deliveries with professionalism and care
• Report equipment issues promptly and perform basic truck upkeep
• Plan routes to maximize safety, fuel efficiency, and on-time performance
• Represent Transco Lines' driver-first culture with courteous, reliable service
