Responsibilities

• Operate Class A tractor-trailers safely as a driving team on over-the-road routes
• Transport freight for major shippers while meeting on-time pickup and delivery schedules
• Comply with all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and hours-of-service rules
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of truck and trailer
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, operations, and customers as needed
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and required trip documentation
• Care for and report maintenance needs on assigned late-model equipment
• Represent Transco Lines professionally with customers and the motoring public
