CDL A Team Drivers

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A tractor-trailers safely as part of a driving team on OTR routes
• Maintain strict compliance with DOT, HOS, and company safety policies
• Complete pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Coordinate schedules, rest breaks, and driving shifts with co-driver
• Secure and safeguard freight, ensuring on-time, damage-free delivery
• Use ELDs and communication tools to track and report trips and hours
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and support staff
• Manage trip planning, routing, and fuel stops for maximum efficiency
• Maintain accurate logs, paperwork, and required documentation
• Represent Transco Lines' driver-first, professional culture on the road
