Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate vehicles for safety, mechanical condition, and auction readiness
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using scan tools and test equipment
• Perform repairs on engines, brakes, suspension, steering, and related systems
• Complete routine maintenance services such as fluid changes, filters, and alignments
• Document all work performed in shop systems with accurate parts and labor details
• Follow all safety, environmental, and company compliance procedures in the shop
• Collaborate with service advisors, inspectors, and lane/auction teams to meet timelines
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean, safe operating condition
