Manheim Automotive Technician

Cox Automotive is seeking a skilled Manheim Automotive Technician to maintain and repair vehicles within our auction operations. In this role, you'll perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of makes and models, ensuring safety, quality, and readiness for remarketing. You'll use modern diagnostic tools, follow manufacturer and company standards, and document all work accurately. Collaborating with a supportive, people-first team, you'll help keep vehicles moving through the Manheim marketplace while gaining exposure to innovative automotive and digital technologies across Cox Automotive's brands.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections for auction readiness
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues
• Complete preventive maintenance and safety checks
• Use diagnostic equipment and technical documentation
• Document all work performed in service systems
• Collaborate with auction and operations teams to meet deadlines
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Test drive vehicles to verify quality of repairs
