Senior Field Service Representative

Rolls Royce Motor Cars seeks a Senior Field Service Representative to support ultra luxury vehicles for global clients. You will lead on site diagnostics, complex mechanical and electrical repairs, and commissioning of bespoke vehicles at customer and dealer locations. Partnering closely with engineering and manufacturing teams, you'll document issues, drive continuous improvement, and ensure impeccable service quality. You will mentor technicians, uphold safety and brand standards, and act as a technical ambassador, translating customer feedback into actionable insights for product enhancement.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced on-site diagnostics and repairs on Rolls Royce vehicles at customer and dealer locations
• Commission, test, and validate bespoke vehicles and complex options in the field
• Serve as primary technical point of contact for dealers and key customers, ensuring premium service experience
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to report issues and support root cause analysis
• Document service activities, repair procedures, and technical findings to improve service standards
• Mentor and coach dealer and internal technicians on best practices and new technologies
• Ensure strict adherence to Rolls Royce and BMW Group safety, quality, and brand standards
• Support field campaigns, product updates, and continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback
