Senior Finance Manager

Rolls Royce Motor Cars is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, and performance management for key manufacturing programs. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for ultra luxury vehicle operations, partnering with engineering, production, and leadership to optimize cost, margin, and investment decisions. Responsibilities include consolidating program P&Ls, driving financial controls, supporting audits, improving SAP/ERP reporting, and guiding a small finance team in a culture of craftsmanship, precision, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting for assigned manufacturing programs and cost centers.
• Own program P&Ls, delivering timely management reporting, KPIs, and insight-driven commentary.
• Perform detailed cost, variance, and margin analysis to support pricing, make/buy, and investment decisions.
• Ensure robust financial controls, compliance with corporate policies, and support internal and external audits.
• Optimize use of SAP/ERP and Excel models to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and transparency.
• Partner with engineering, production, and operations to align financial plans with volume, mix, and capacity.
• Prepare business cases and scenario analyses for capital investments and strategic initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior finance team members, promoting best practices and collaboration.
• Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, forecasting accuracy, and closing timelines.
• Liaise with BMW Group finance counterparts to ensure alignment of standards, timelines, and reporting.
