Regional Class A Tanker Driver

Safety-Kleen, a Clean Harbors company, is seeking a Regional Class A Tanker Driver to safely transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials across assigned routes. This role operates late-model tractors and tankers, ensuring compliant loading, unloading, and delivery to industrial, automotive, and commercial customers. The driver will perform pre/post-trip inspections, maintain accurate electronic logs and manifests, and adhere to DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards. You'll represent Safety-Kleen on customer sites, support environmentally responsible recycling and waste management, and participate in ongoing training and career development programs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A tractor-trailer tanker on regional routes
• Transport hazardous and non-hazardous liquids in compliance with DOT/OSHAPerform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections and document findings
• Load and unload tankers using pumps, hoses, and related equipment
• Maintain accurate electronic logs, manifests, and regulatory paperwork
• Follow all company, federal, and state safety and environmental policies
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and site personnel
• Report incidents, spills, or equipment issues promptly and accurately
• Support recycling and waste management programs in the field
• Participate in ongoing safety meetings, drills, and training programs
