Local Class A Tanker Driver

Clean Harbors is hiring a Local Class A Tanker Driver to support environmental and industrial services in the Administrative & Support & Waste Management sector. In this role, you'll safely operate tanker trucks for local routes, transporting hazardous and non-hazardous waste to designated facilities. Responsibilities include performing DOT-compliant inspections, maintaining accurate logs, following strict safety and environmental procedures, and coordinating with dispatch and facility teams. Responsibilities

• Operate Class A tanker trucks on local routes to transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT and company standards
• Follow all safety, environmental, and hazardous materials handling procedures
• Maintain accurate driving logs, manifests, and required documentation
• Coordinate with dispatch, facility staff, and customers for timely pickups and deliveries
• Use appropriate PPE and participate in safety meetings and training
• Report incidents, mechanical issues, or spills promptly and accurately
