Communicates clearly and compassionately, utilizing health literacy practices. Manages hospital rounds, writes progress notes, and oversees residents, midwives, and advanced practitioners. Participates in peer review, quality assurance, and performance audits; maintains timely follow-up, infection control, and professional conduct. Represents the organization through community presentations and networking as needed.
