Middle School Math Teacher

Uncommon Schools seeks a Middle School Math Teacher to deliver rigorous, standards-aligned math instruction in a mission-driven, college-preparatory charter school. You will design engaging lessons, use data and assessments to drive instruction, and maintain a structured, joyful classroom that supports all learners, especially students from historically underserved communities. You will collaborate closely with colleagues, receive regular coaching and professional development, and contribute to a culture of high expectations, equity, and continuous improvement while building strong partnerships with families.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver rigorous, standards-aligned middle school math lessons
• Use data and assessments to drive instruction and track student progress
• Create a structured, engaging, and culturally responsive classroom environment
• Collaborate with grade-level and content teams to refine curriculum and share best practices
