Adult Primary Care Physician

Atrius Health, part of Optum, is seeking an Adult Primary Care Physician to join their team in Boston, MA. This role offers the unique opportunity to build and grow a patient panel within a new Kendall Square practice, supported by an established Atrius Health framework. The physician will benefit from a collaborative care team, a strong referral network, and operational resources, contributing to the expansion and future growth of the practice.

Responsibilities

• Help build and grow a patient panel

Compensation

• Compensation based on quality, not quantity
• Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $238,500 - $392,500
• Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role

Requirements

• BC/BE in Internal Medicine, Family Practice or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
• Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts
• Active DEA License
