Night Warehouse Forklift Operator

US Foods is hiring a Night Warehouse Forklift Operator to safely move, load, and unload foodservice products in our fast-paced distribution center. You will operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts, pull and stage orders, replenish pick locations, and maintain accurate inventory using RF scanners. This role requires strict adherence to food safety, OSHA, and company safety standards, including working in refrigerated and freezer environments. You'll support our performance-driven, customer-focused culture while meeting productivity goals and collaborating with warehouse teammates on the night shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload pallets of foodservice products
• Pick, stage, and replenish orders accurately to support nightly delivery routes
• Use RF scanners to track inventory movements and maintain location accuracy
• Inspect equipment before use and report any mechanical or safety issues immediately
• Follow all OSHA, food safety, and US Foods safety policies, including PPE and lockout/tagout as required
• Work efficiently in refrigerated, freezer, and dry warehouse areas on the night shift
• Keep aisles, docks, and storage areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Meet or exceed productivity, accuracy, and quality targets set by warehouse leadership
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to resolve issues and support continuous improvement
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and other warehouse tasks as needed
