Multi-Store Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple retail outlets ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
• Drive performance by implementing strategies to increase profitability and meet sales targets
• Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered across all locations
• Lead and develop store managers and staff, including training on company policies and sales techniques
• Coordinate with the Human Resources team to bolster staff recruitment, retention, and scheduling
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain adequate stock across all locations
• Implement marketing and promotional efforts aligned with corporate goals
• Prepare and analyze management reports on sales performance, inventory, and staff productivity
• Address customer feedback and resolve any issues to maintain the Sheetz reputation for customer satisfaction
