Parts Technician

Cumberland Farms, a leading convenience store chain known affectionately as 'Cumby's,' is seeking a Service Parts Tech I to join our dynamic Technical Support & Troubleshooting team. This role is crucial in maintaining the seamless operation of our store equipment and systems, ensuring that our commitment to customer convenience and service excellence is consistently upheld. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing service parts inventory, handling part replacements and repairs, and troubleshooting a variety of technical issues that arise in our retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain the inventory of service parts and necessary tools.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning store equipment and systems.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for part supplies and repairs.
• Keep accurate records of parts usage, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Assist in training store staff on basic equipment troubleshooting and upkeep.
