Commercial HVAC Supervisor

ABM Industries seeks a Commercial HVAC Supervisor to lead field technicians supporting essential facilities across commercial, education, healthcare, and aviation environments. This role oversees maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of chillers, boilers, RTUs, and building automation systems to ensure safe, efficient operations. You will schedule and inspect work, uphold OSHA and EPA standards, and coordinate closely with clients and ABM leadership. Responsibilities

• Supervise commercial HVAC technicians across multiple client facilities.
• Plan, assign, and inspect preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair chillers, boilers, RTUs, and related mechanical systems.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards and procedures.
• Coordinate schedules, work orders, and materials with operations and clients.
• Train and mentor technicians on technical skills and safety practices.
• Monitor system performance and recommend energy-efficient improvements.
• Maintain accurate service records, logs, and compliance documentation.
• Support budgeting, quotes, and scope for HVAC projects and upgrades.
• Partner with clients and ABM leadership to resolve issues and meet SLAs.
