Automated Machine Operator
Faith Technologies is seeking an Automated Machine Operator to support construction-related electrical and industrial projects. In this role, you will set up, operate, and monitor automated machinery used for fabrication, assembly, and material handling in support of large electrical and construction jobs. You will perform quality checks, troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues, and follow strict safety and lockout/tagout procedures. Working in a team-driven, safety-first environment, you'll interpret production drawings, maintain production records, and assist with preventive maintenance while collaborating with engineers and technicians. Faith Technologies supports growth through training, apprenticeships, and advancement into specialized technical or leadership roles.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor automated machinery used in electrical and construction-related production.
- Perform routine quality checks and measurements to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues and escalate complex problems.
- Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and PPE requirements.
- Interpret basic production drawings, work orders, and job documentation.
- Complete production logs, data entry, and equipment status reports accurately.
- Assist with routine preventive maintenance and cleaning of machines and work areas.
- Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and field teams to meet project schedules.
- Identify process improvement opportunities for safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs offered by Faith Technologies.
