Excellerate Quality Control Electrician

Faith Technologies seeks an Excellerate Quality Control Electrician to ensure high-quality electrical assemblies in our construction projects. You will inspect prefabricated electrical components, verify wiring and terminations, perform continuity and functional testing, and document results to meet NEC, company, and customer standards. Working in a safety-first, team-focused environment, you'll collaborate with engineers and project teams to resolve issues, support continuous improvement, and train others on quality standards while maintaining detailed records and supporting on-time project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Inspect prefabricated electrical assemblies for workmanship and code compliance
• Perform continuity, insulation resistance, and functional testing on electrical components
• Verify wiring, terminations, labeling, and torque values meet specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to confirm build accuracy
• Document inspection and test results, nonconformances, and corrective actions
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and electricians to resolve quality issues
• Support continuous improvement of prefab and quality processes
• Train and mentor team members on quality standards and inspection procedures
• Ensure strict adherence to safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
• Maintain test equipment, tools, and calibration records in good working order
