Financial Advisor

Horace Mann seeks a mission-driven Financial Advisor to serve K-12 educators and school employees. In this client-facing role, you'll provide holistic guidance on insurance and retirement solutions, including auto, home, life, supplemental coverage, and investment products. Responsibilities include prospecting within the education community, conducting needs-based financial reviews, presenting tailored recommendations, and supporting long-term planning. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial advice to K-12 educators and school employees

• Recommend tailored auto, home, life, supplemental, and retirement products
• Develop and manage a portfolio of educator clients through prospecting and referrals
