M&T Sr M&T Instructor

Constellation Energy is seeking an M&T/Senior M&T Instructor to deliver high quality training on energy monitoring and targeting (M&T) systems and best practices. In this role, you will design, update, and facilitate technical courses for plant operators, engineers, and energy managers, focusing on data analysis, energy efficiency, and performance optimization in utility and industrial environments. You will develop training materials, labs, and assessments; mentor learners; and collaborate with operations and engineering teams to align training with real world projects that support sustainability, safety, and reliability goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor-led and virtual training on M&T concepts and tools
• Develop and maintain training curricula, presentations, job aids, and lab exercises
• Conduct hands-on training using energy monitoring, data visualization, and reporting tools
• Assess participant performance and provide coaching and feedback
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to align training with field practices
• Analyze training effectiveness and implement continuous improvement
• Ensure training content complies with safety, regulatory, and company standards
• Support onboarding and upskilling programs for internal and customer teams
• Maintain subject-matter expertise in energy efficiency and utility operations
• Contribute to special projects that advance sustainability and performance goals
