Utility Buffet Server

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Utility Buffet Server to support our Food & Beverage Operations in a resort-style senior living community. In this resident-first role, you'll set up, maintain, and break down buffet lines, ensure attractive food presentation, and assist residents with friendly, attentive service. You'll uphold strict food safety and sanitation standards while keeping dining areas clean and welcoming. This on-site position offers a team-focused, family-like environment where you support active, independent seniors and help create a warm, worry-free dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and break down buffet lines for resident meals
• Monitor food levels and presentation, refilling and rotating items as needed
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Assist residents courteously with selections and carrying plates as needed
• Keep dining, serving, and work areas clean and organized
• Communicate with kitchen staff on food quantities and special requests
• Support teammates to deliver timely, high-quality meal service
• Model resident-first, service-oriented hospitality in every interaction
