Multi-Store Shift Supervisor

As a Multi-Store Shift Supervisor at Sheetz in Retail Operations, you will oversee daily operations across multiple convenience store and coffee shop locations. Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across multiple Sheetz locations, ensuring consistent execution of retail standards
• Supervise, train, and coach shift teams to deliver excellent customer service and meet performance goals
• Oversee cash handling, inventory control, and loss prevention procedures at assigned stores
• Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and merchandising to meet company and regulatory requirements
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and shift coverage across stores
• Resolve customer issues promptly while promoting a positive store environment
• Support implementation of promotions, new products, and operational initiatives
• Report store performance, issues, and improvement opportunities to Retail Operations leadership
