Faith Technologies is seeking a Low Voltage Foreman to lead installation, testing, and maintenance of low-voltage electrical systems on commercial and industrial construction projects. This role supervises crews, coordinates schedules, and ensures work meets project specifications, safety standards, and NEC codes. The Foreman reads blueprints, plans material and tool needs, and collaborates with project managers and other trades. You'll mentor technicians and apprentices, support quality control and documentation, and help drive efficient, on-time project delivery in a safety-first, team-focused environment with strong growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise low-voltage installation crews on commercial and industrial jobsites.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and schematics for low-voltage systems.
- Plan daily work, labor, materials, and tools to meet schedules and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with NEC, company standards, and jobsite safety requirements.
- Install, terminate, and test low-voltage cabling and devices (e.g., fire alarm, security, data).
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and wiring issues in the field.
- Coordinate work with project managers, general contractors, and other trades.
- Train and mentor apprentices and technicians, promoting a safety-first culture.
- Inspect work for quality, accuracy, and completeness; maintain project documentation.
- Support continuous improvement, productivity, and adherence to Faith Technologies procedures.
