Faith Technologies is seeking a Low Voltage Foreman to lead field installation of low-voltage electrical systems on commercial and industrial construction projects. This role oversees crews installing structured cabling, fire alarm, security, access control, and communication systems while enforcing safety, quality, and code compliance. The Foreman coordinates schedules with project managers, reads and interprets blueprints, orders materials, and ensures work is completed on time and within scope. You'll mentor electricians and apprentices, support training and continuous improvement, and help drive innovative, design-build solutions in a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise low-voltage installation crews on commercial and industrial projects.
  • Install and oversee structured cabling, fire alarm, security, access control, and communication systems.
  • Interpret blueprints, specifications, and submittals to plan daily work activities.
  • Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and Faith Technologies safety standards.
  • Coordinate schedules, manpower, and materials with project managers and other trades.
  • Conduct job site safety meetings and enforce safe work practices at all times.
  • Inspect work for quality, functionality, and adherence to project requirements.
  • Train and mentor electricians and apprentices, supporting skills development and performance feedback.
  • Assist with material takeoffs, ordering, and inventory control for low-voltage scopes.
  • Communicate progress, issues, and solutions to project leadership and stakeholders.
