Faith Technologies is seeking a Low Voltage Foreman to lead crews on commercial and industrial construction projects. In this role, you will supervise installation, termination, and testing of low-voltage systems including structured cabling, security, fire alarm, access control, audio/visual, and networking. You will coordinate daily work plans, read and interpret prints, enforce safety standards, and ensure quality installations meet codes and customer specs. You will mentor technicians and apprentices, support project scheduling and material planning, and partner with project leaders to deliver on-time, on-budget results in a team-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise low-voltage installation crews on commercial and industrial projects
- Install, terminate, and test structured cabling, fire alarm, security, access control, and A/V systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to plan daily work activities
- Ensure all work meets electrical and building codes, company standards, and customer specifications
- Enforce and model safety procedures and participate in jobsite safety meetings and inspections
- Coordinate labor, tools, and materials with project managers and site leadership
- Train, mentor, and evaluate technicians and apprentices, promoting skill development
- Document work progress, testing results, and issues, and communicate status to project stakeholders
- Assist with scheduling, sequencing, and problem solving to keep projects on time and on budget
- Collaborate with other trades and site contractors to ensure smooth project execution
