Low Voltage Superintendent

Faith Technologies is seeking a Low Voltage Superintendent to lead installation and commissioning of low voltage and building systems on complex construction projects. In this role, you will plan and oversee crews, coordinate with GCs and trades, review drawings and submittals, and ensure quality, safety, and code compliance. You will manage schedules, material needs, and subcontractors while troubleshooting technical issues in fire alarm, security, data, and controls systems. This position supports mentoring field staff, driving continuous improvement, and delivering innovative, design-build electrical solutions for industrial, commercial, and energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day low voltage and building systems installation on construction projects.
• Plan manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to meet project schedules and budgets.
• Interpret construction documents, schematics, and submittals to guide field installation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, NEC, NFPA, and local codes.
• Coordinate work with general contractors, other trades, vendors, and inspectors.
• Oversee commissioning, testing, and documentation of low voltage systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and installation issues in the field.
• Mentor, train, and evaluate field technicians and apprentices.
• Monitor quality control and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Support continuous improvement, reporting, and change management for assigned projects.
