Electrician

Faith Technologies seeks an Electrician to support industrial and commercial construction projects. In this role, you will install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems, panels, lighting, and controls while adhering to strict safety and quality standards. You'll read blueprints, bend conduit, pull wire, and assist with start-ups on complex design-build and energy projects. Working in a collaborative, safety-first environment, you'll mentor apprentices, coordinate with project teams, and take advantage of ongoing training and growth opportunities in advanced electrical and integrated energy solutions.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial and industrial electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematics to plan layouts and installations
• Bend conduit, pull wire, and complete panel terminations to company and NEC standards
• Test electrical systems and components using appropriate meters and tools to ensure proper operation and safety
• Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and PPE requirements
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to complete tasks on schedule
• Mentor and support apprentices and less experienced electricians in best practices and safety
• Document work performed, material usage, and any changes to plans or drawings
