Faith Technologies is seeking a Low Voltage Foreman to lead installation and maintenance of low-voltage electrical systems on commercial and industrial projects. In this role, you will supervise crews, coordinate with project managers, read and interpret plans, and ensure work meets NEC, company, and customer standards. You'll oversee cabling, fire alarm, security, data, and control systems, verify testing and documentation, and maintain a strict safety-first job site. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise low-voltage installation crews on commercial and industrial projects.
- Plan daily work, assign tasks, and coordinate with project managers and other trades.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and submittals for low-voltage systems.
- Oversee installation of cabling, fire alarm, security, data, and control systems.
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and company quality standards.
- Enforce and model strict safety practices and documentation on the job site.
- Conduct and verify testing, troubleshooting, and final system commissioning.
- Maintain materials, tools, and jobsite organization to support schedule and budget.
- Train and mentor apprentices and technicians to develop technical and leadership skills.
- Communicate project progress, issues, and solutions with site and company leadership.
