Faith Technologies is seeking a Low Voltage Superintendent to lead installation and commissioning of low voltage and communication systems on commercial and industrial construction projects. This role oversees field crews, coordinates with general contractors and clients, interprets plans and specs, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include scheduling, material planning, quality control, code compliance, and documentation. The superintendent mentors technicians, enforces Faith's safety-first culture, and supports continuous improvement, training, and adoption of innovative electrical and integrated project delivery solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily low voltage installation activities on commercial and industrial projects.
  • Interpret and implement construction drawings, specifications, and work packages.
  • Plan schedules, manpower, and materials to meet project milestones and budget.
  • Enforce safety policies and procedures; champion a safety-first jobsite culture.
  • Inspect work for quality, code compliance, and adherence to company standards.
  • Coordinate with general contractors, owners, and other trades to resolve field issues.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate technicians and foremen to support skill development.
  • Oversee testing, commissioning, and documentation of low voltage systems.
  • Assist with change orders, progress reporting, and as-built documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement and adoption of new tools, technology, and methods.
