Faith Technologies is seeking a Low Voltage Foreman to lead installation, testing, and maintenance of low voltage electrical systems on commercial and industrial projects. In this role, you will supervise crews, coordinate schedules, interpret plans and specifications, and ensure all work meets NEC, company, and customer standards. You'll oversee cabling, terminations, fire alarm, security, data, and communication systems while enforcing strict safety practices. The Foreman partners with project managers, mentors apprentices, tracks materials and progress, and supports a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement on every jobsite.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise low voltage installation crews on commercial and industrial projects.
- Interpret drawings, specifications, and low voltage schematics to plan work activities.
- Install, terminate, and test cabling, fire alarm, security, and data/communication systems.
- Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and Faith Technologies' quality standards.
- Enforce and model strict jobsite safety practices and company safety policies.
- Coordinate daily activities, manpower, and material needs with project management.
- Train and mentor apprentices and technicians to build technical and leadership skills.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, documenting test results and repairs.
- Monitor productivity, track progress, and assist with project reporting and documentation.
- Collaborate with general contractors, owners, and other trades to maintain schedules.
