Industrial Electrician

Faith Technologies is seeking an Industrial Electrician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems on industrial and construction projects. In this role, you will read and interpret blueprints, bend and run conduit, pull wire, and perform terminations on motors, controls, and power distribution equipment. You'll work closely with a safety-first, team-oriented crew using advanced tools and technology. Responsibilities

• Install and maintain industrial electrical systems, equipment, and wiring on construction and plant sites.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
• Bend and install conduit; pull, route, and terminate power and control wiring.
• Troubleshoot and repair motors, controls, and distribution equipment using test instruments.
• Apply and follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout and company safety policies.
• Collaborate with foremen, engineers, and team members to complete projects on schedule.
• Inspect work for compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
• Support and mentor apprentices and less-experienced electricians.
• Document work performed and communicate status updates to supervisors and project teams.
