Electrician

Faith Technologies is seeking an Excellerate Electrician to support industrial and commercial construction projects. In this role, you will install, assemble, and test electrical systems and prefabricated components in a controlled environment, ensuring quality, code compliance, and safety. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, wiring panels and conduits, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with project teams. You'll work within our safety-first, team-oriented culture with opportunities for apprenticeships, ongoing training, and advancement into leadership or specialized technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Install and assemble electrical and prefabricated components for industrial and commercial projects
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and work orders
• Wire panels, lighting, devices, and conduit to meet NEC and company standards
• Inspect, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems to resolve issues safely and efficiently
• Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and PPE requirements
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to meet quality and schedule goals
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used
• Support continuous improvement and lean prefabrication processes within Excellerate operations
