The Dean of Academic Affairs at Chamberlain University provides strategic leadership for academic programs within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. In this role, you will oversee curriculum design, accreditation, and faculty development for nursing and health professions programs. You will champion an inclusive, student-centered environment, ensure academic quality and regulatory compliance, and foster innovation in online and hybrid learning. Working collaboratively across the university, you will help shape future healthcare professionals while advancing Chamberlain's mission and culture of empowerment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for academic programs in nursing and health professions

• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty and academic staff
