Cement Terminal Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day cement terminal operations and staffing
• Ensure safe, compliant material handling and loading activities
• Manage inventory control, reporting, and loss prevention
• Coordinate logistics to meet delivery schedules and customer needs
• Develop and manage terminal budgets and cost controls
• Plan and oversee routine and preventive maintenance
• Implement and enforce safety and environmental programs
• Optimize terminal throughput, productivity, and service levels
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and plant operations teams
• Train, coach, and evaluate terminal staff performance
