Intermountain Health is seeking a Hospital Pharmacy Senior Manager to lead inpatient pharmacy services across our integrated health system. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage hospital pharmacy operations and clinical services across assigned facilities.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop pharmacists, technicians, and support staff in a team-based environment.
  • Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, USP, and state board of pharmacy regulations.
  • Oversee medication safety, quality improvement, and stewardship initiatives to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, inventory strategies, and cost-containment efforts.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and administrative leaders on formulary, protocols, and care pathways.
  • Use data and analytics to monitor performance, identify gaps, and implement process improvements.
  • Support implementation and optimization of EMR and pharmacy technology systems.
  • Participate in strategic planning for pharmacy services within the health system.
  • Contribute to education, training, and professional development initiatives for pharmacy staff and trainees.
