Premier Transportation is seeking CDL Lease Purchase/Owner Operator Drivers to support our Transportation & Logistics team. As an independent driver partnering with a leading, technology driven carrier, you'll haul consistent freight for dedicated and regional customers while building equity in your truck. Responsibilities include safe operation of CDL equipment, on-time pickup and delivery, compliance with FMCSA/DOT regulations, accurate ELD and paperwork completion, and professional customer service. You'll work closely with an experienced support team that values safety, reliability, and innovation. Responsibilities

  • Safely operate CDL equipment as a lease purchase/owner operator hauling freight for dedicated and regional routes
  • Maintain strict compliance with FMCSA/DOT regulations, hours-of-service, and company safety standards
  • Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
  • Manage fuel efficiency, routing, and schedules to maximize on-time performance and earnings
  • Provide professional, courteous service to customers and represent Premier Transportation's values on the road
  • Accurately use ELDs and submit required trip, mileage, and expense documentation
  • Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to resolve issues and optimize load planning
  • Care for assigned equipment, keeping tractor and trailer clean and in good working condition
