CDL Lease Purchase/Owner Operator Driver

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL-class tractor-trailer safely and efficiently on regional and/or OTR routes
• Manage lease purchase or owner-operator business responsibilities, including fuel, maintenance, and paperwork
• Ensure on-time pickup and delivery while upholding Premier Transportation's customer service standards
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate driver logs (ELD)
• Comply with DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies at all times
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and logistics teams to resolve issues quickly
• Protect freight integrity and verify load counts, seals, and documentation
• Manage time, routing, and fuel to maximize profitability and efficiency
