CDL Lease Purchase/Owner Operator Driver

Premier Transportation is seeking CDL Lease Purchase/Owner Operator Drivers to support our Transportation & Logistics operations. As an independent contractor, you'll haul freight for dedicated and regional customers, leveraging our consistent freight, reliable miles, and strong support network to grow your own business. Responsibilities include safe and compliant operation of your truck, on-time pickups and deliveries, accurate ELD logs, pre/post-trip inspections, and professional customer service. Responsibilities

• Operate CDL vehicle safely hauling freight for dedicated and regional customers
• Ensure full DOT/FMCSA compliance, proper logging, and pre/post-trip inspections
• Manage lease purchase obligations and basic business expenses as an owner operator
• Coordinate with dispatch for efficient routing, on-time pickups, and deliveries
• Secure loads correctly and maintain equipment to company and regulatory standards
• Provide professional customer service and communicate issues proactively
• Follow all safety policies and report incidents or maintenance needs promptly
