CDL Lease Purchase/Owner Operator Driver

Premier Transportation seeks CDL Lease Purchase/Owner Operator Drivers to haul freight safely and efficiently while building their independent business. In this role, you'll operate late-model equipment, manage your own schedule within customer requirements, and maximize revenue through smart trip planning and fuel management. Responsibilities

• Operate CDL equipment safely to transport freight on regional and/or OTR routes
• Maintain compliance with all FMCSA, DOT, and company safety standards
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and basic truck maintenance checks
• Manage logs via ELD and complete all required delivery documentation accurately
• Communicate proactively with dispatch and customers on load status and issues
• Optimize routes, fuel, and time to maximize revenue as a lease purchase/owner operator
• Protect freight through proper loading, securement, and temperature control as needed
• Uphold Premier Transportation's service standards and represent the brand professionally
