Physical Therapist Traveler

UCHealth seeks a traveling Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehab team across Colorado. In this role, you'll deliver patient-first, evidence-based rehabilitation for diverse orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions. Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations, individualized treatment planning, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, adapt to multiple clinic settings, and use advanced EMR systems. Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions in an outpatient setting
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Document assessments, goals, and progress in the EMR accurately and timely
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab team members on care plans
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Adapt quickly to new clinic environments and workflows as a traveler
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, documentation, and safety standards
• Participate in quality improvement, clinical education, and team meetings
