Behavioral Health Clinical Therapist

UCHealth is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinical Therapist for our Parkview location. In this role, you'll deliver evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy, complete diagnostic assessments, and coordinate care for diverse patients in an integrated medical setting. You'll collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, and care teams, provide crisis intervention, and connect patients with community resources. Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, and care teams on integrated treatment
• Document care, progress notes, and outcomes in the electronic health record
• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and risk assessment
• Coordinate referrals to community resources and higher levels of care
• Participate in case conferences, supervision, and multidisciplinary meetings
• Engage in continuous learning and quality improvement initiatives

Required Skills

• Psychotherapy (CBT/DBT or similar evidence-based modalities)
• Behavioral health assessment and diagnosis (DSM-5-TR)
• Treatment planning and documentation in EHRCrisis intervention and de-escalation
• Risk assessment and safety planning
• Integrated care and interdisciplinary collaboration
