Parts Specialist

O'Reilly Automotive is seeking a customer-focused Parts Specialist to help drivers and professional installers find the right automotive parts and tools. In this fast-paced retail role, you'll assist customers at the counter and by phone, look up parts using catalogs and computer systems, and suggest add-on products. You'll help manage inventory, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and safe. We provide hands-on training, automotive product knowledge, and clear paths for advancement within our strong, team-oriented, promotion-from-within culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service at the parts counter and by phone
• Identify and recommend correct automotive parts, tools, and accessories
• Use catalogs and computer systems to look up parts and check availability
• Operate POS system to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, safe store environment
• Assist with inventory counts, receiving, and rotating stock
• Promote add-on products and specials to meet store sales goals
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent store operations
